At $45 Fast Traffic School, LLC, we are committed to providing a convenient and reliable experience for all students enrolling in our defensive driving courses and behind-the-wheel driving lessons.

Please carefully review our refund and rescheduling policy before registering.

Defensive Driving Course Refund & Rescheduling Policy
(4-Hour & 8-Hour Courses)

Refund Policy

• A full refund will be issued if a refund request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class date.
• Refund requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class date will not be honored.

Rescheduling Policy

• If you miss your scheduled class after receiving a confirmation email, you will have three (3) business days from the original class date to request a reschedule to a later available date.
• During this 3-business-day period, you will not be eligible for a refund but may reschedule at no additional cost.
• If you fail to reschedule within the 3-business-day window, you will forfeit your payment, and a new registration with full payment will be required to take the course.

Behind-the-Wheel Driving Lessons Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Refund Policy

• A full refund will be issued if a refund request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson.
• Refund requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson will not be honored.
• Once a lesson has started, no refunds will be issued, but you may reschedule according to availability.

Rescheduling Policy

• If you need to reschedule your lesson, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled time.
• If you miss your scheduled lesson time and fail to provide a 24-hour notice, you will forfeit that lesson time, and a reschedule will not be permitted.
• Rescheduling is subject to both school and driving instructor availability and may be scheduled up to one month out.
• If you miss your rescheduled lesson, you will forfeit that lesson time, and a new lesson with full payment will be required.

General Terms

• All refund and rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email to [email protected] or by calling our office at (615) 589-3279.
• $45 Fast Traffic School, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class or lesson due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
• By enrolling in our defensive driving courses or behind-the-wheel driving lessons, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
